Nursery for Female Workers’ Children

1. Every employer employing 50 workers or more shall create a suitable place in which sufficient numbers of nannies are available to care for the children of female workers under the age of six, if the number of children reaches ten or more.

2. The Minister may require an employer who employs one hundred or more workers in one city to establish a nursery by himself or in partnership with other employers in the same city, or to contract an existing nursery to care for the children of workers under the age of six during work periods; in this case, the Minister determines the terms and conditions that regulate such a nursery, and the Minister also determines the percentage of costs imposed on the female workers who benefit from this service.
