· If the contract expires, or the contract is terminated by the employer for an unlawful reason, or by the domestic service worker for a legitimate reason, the employer shall bear the payment of the value of the ticket to return the domestic service worker to his home country.
The contract ends with the death of the employer or domestic worker. If the employer's family wishes the domestic worker to remain, the family shall check with the Labor Office to update the employer's name.
