What characterizes the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the approach that our wise government has been adopting since its establishment is the assurance and preservation of its citizens’ rights. This comes in alignment with the exceptional developments witnessed by the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030, where we aim to be more appealing and an inviting environment for investments in the private sector, and to make the jobs generated by the private sector attractive to those who aspire to join the Saudi labor market. Subsequently, we have launched the Labor Culture Portal to support the efforts towards providing awareness and various consultations and services related to the work system. It also aims to preserve the rights of all parties at work and create a sustainable environment for the business sector.
